Challah At Me is a home-based ghost kitchen located in Syracuse, New York. We specialize in made-to-order challahs and can cater to your special events. There is no in-person bakery, and all orders are placed online or through direct communication with us.

All orders are made to order. Once you’ve placed an order and completed the payment process, your challah is yours! Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges.

However, if we make an error in your order or are unable to fulfill it for any reason, you are entitled to a 100% refund. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

We are available to cater events by request. Custom orders and catering contracts must be finalized in advance, and specific terms will be discussed upon booking. Payments for catered events are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in your contract.

We offer pickup at designated locations in Syracuse, NY. Please ensure that you arrive at the agreed pickup time to collect your order. If there are any changes or delays on your end, please notify us in advance. For special requests, we may be able to accommodate delivery within Syracuse, NY and the surrounding area. Delivery will be arranged on a case-by-case basis, and additional fees may apply. Please contact us directly to discuss availability and details.

While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, our challahs are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts. If you have a specific allergy, please notify us, and we will do our best to accommodate.

All content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Challah At Me. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without prior permission.

We value your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, email, and payment information) is used solely for order fulfillment and communication purposes. We will never share or sell your information to third parties.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of our website following any updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
